The Postnatal Essentials package offers 2 sessions with the emotional, spiritual, and practical preparation mums often wish they had.
Option 1: session 1 around 36 weeks pregnancy to begin preparation before birth starts, session 2 around 2 - 4 weeks after birth (recommended)
Option 2: both sessions between 2-6 weeks after birth for deeper postnatal processing.
Whether your birth experience was beautiful, challenging, surprising, or mixed, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
This is your space to be educated, strengthened, and reassured as you settle into motherhood—without pressure, judgement, or overwhelm.
Scope of Service (Non-Clinical Education):
All Eden programs provide antenatal and/or postnatal education, coaching and preparation. They do not include clinical assessments, medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, treatment or midwifery care.

Women who want emotional safety, compassionate guidance and education, and spiritual encouragement after giving birth—whether their birth was empowering, overwhelming, or somewhere in between.
