FAQs
What is the difference between the Antenatal Essentials and the Full Eden Antenatal Program?
The Antenatal Essentials provides the core foundations for birth—four sessions focused on practical preparation, and discovering emotional/spiritual freedom before birth.
The Full Program goes much deeper, with six personalised sessions including the Antenatal Essentials PLUS a focus on motherhood preparation before birth, and guidance during the early postpartum. You will receive workbooks, practical tools, partner preparation, and ongoing guidance after birth.
If you want a transformative, fully guided journey, the Full Program is for you.
What if I’ve completed my program but still want more support?
Absolutely. Once you finish your chosen Eden program, you’re welcome to book additional one-on-one sessions if you’d like to keep exploring, processing, or preparing. The individual sessions are available exclusively to clients who have purchased and completed an Eden program during their current pregnancy.
Can my partner join the sessions?
Yes, absolutely. Partners are welcome and encouraged to join—especially for sessions that focus on birth support, communication, and shaping your birth environment.
When in pregnancy should I start coaching?
Most women begin around 20–30 weeks, but you can start earlier or later. The Full Eden Program and the Essentials are all flexible and can be tailored to your timeline.
What if I’ve had a traumatic birth before?
You’re in the right place.
Eden coaching gently guides emotional processing, helps rebuild trust in your body, and offers Christ-centred healing practices. You’re held with compassion every step of the way.
Is this coaching suitable for first-time mums?
Yes—many first-time mothers choose Eden because they want to prepare with clarity, confidence, and peace, rather than fear or overwhelm.
Do you offer sessions after birth as well?
Yes. The Postnatal Essentials package is designed specifically for the early weeks after birth, offering emotional grounding, debrief opportunities, newborn education, and spiritual encouragement.
Do you provide midwifery care or assess me medically?
No—this service is educational and preparatory only. For direct midwifery care or clinical assessment, please consult your maternity care provider.
Do I need to be Christian to join?
Eden is Christ-centred in its approach, but you don’t need to have a particular level of faith.
If you’re open to spiritual conversations and want a gentle, supportive environment, you’re welcome.
Can sessions happen online?
Yes. Sessions can be conducted online via video calls, making them accessible no matter where you are in the world.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Flexible payment options are available for the Full Eden Antenatal Program, and can be arranged for the Essentials packages as well.
How soon can I book?
Most clients can begin within 1–3 weeks, depending on availability.
