The Antenatal Essentials package is designed for women who want solid, practical, faith-grounded birth preparation without committing to the full Eden program (which also includes preparation for early motherhood).
It gives you the knowledge and spiritual tools you need to understand birth, release fear, and step into your labour feeling prepared and equipped.
Scope of Service (Non-Clinical Education):
All Eden programs provide antenatal and/or postnatal education, coaching and preparation. They do not include clinical assessments, medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, treatment or midwifery care.
